How to get to Trainers Valley [SOLVED]

I saw that the requirements to get to trainers valley is to battle red, have 120 caught and 38 evolved. I have battled red, I have 166 caught and 45 evolved, yet the option to get to trainers valley doesn't show up. Is there another requirement that I don't know about.

Hi there. The requirements in order to get to Trainers Valley are as follows:

✻ Fought Red at Mount Silver.

✻ Completed Subway Quest.

✻ Caught data of 120 Kanto Pokemon.

✻ 38 Evolved Pokemon.
