I hear that friends lists have been wiped and there is zero support to get them back, which is kinda enraging. Are there any people here who can help, or are qualified staff who can tell me why the social aspect of an mmo was that low of a priority?

Everyone, idk if you guys have done this but I hadn't merged my accounts because I thought I didn't need to, I only had one. Once I went through the merging process I was allowed to log in

I only used red server as well, just adding in that I can't log in either, if the extra voice will get their attention
