bought on my last part, before the reset, a mount Glaceon with a cloth and headgear. I lost my clothes which I had to ransom (I had C 40) but I did not have enough for HeadGear. Furthermore, I perceive on my shortcut bar my mount Glaceon and a bike, however, I cannot use them. Can you help me please?

Hi everyone, Impossible to play on my computer under Windows 10. When I launch the game, I see the window appearing in black with the music. I tried with the same file on another computer with Windows 10 and it's work but not on my computer. I tried the following methods, without success: . Updated my graphics board and other driver. . Change the compatibility Windows8,7. .Add to Target - force... . Re-download the game . Clean the temporary files Somebody can help me please?
