  3. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.   4. Hi there. First of all, can you please check with your internet provider to see if they are having technical issues. Next, can you try the following? • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

If you'd like to change your username, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic can be found here for future reference. As for your hairstyle, you can change your appearance by buying a Magic Mirror in the Coin shop for 50 coins. You can also buy it from other players. Let me know if you need further help.

  8. Hi there. Unfortunately, you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Are you interested in taking this offer? Your Silver account will have 80 coins on it.

Let me know if you're still stuck after trying everything. ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again

  17. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

This won't happen again as it's now been fixed. Please take note that the game is in BETA and unexpected things like this may happen sometimes.   20. Hi there. I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. I've informed the necessary parties and Inkay should no longer have Switcheroo there. However, there is no way for us to prove that you had a Toxic Orb on your Natu, or have more Toxic Orbs than you have now. Therefore, unfortunately, I can't refund your Toxic Orb unless you have proof of having 3 Toxic orbs. Really sorry and I hope you understand.

  22. Hi there. As stated by HellobyexD above, Knock off doesn't allow you to receive the item. You'll have to physically have the Rattata hair/Nocturnal Feather in your inventory in order to turn it in. One way you can do this is by catching the pokemon and taking the item off it afterwards. Furthermore, you can use a pokemon with the move Covet/Thief in order to steal the item off the pokemon. Although, please ensure your pokemon's item slot is vacant. You can also use a pokemon with the frisk ability, which allows you to see if a pokemon is holding an item. Let me know if you need any further help!

  24. Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. If it doesn’t say that you are banned on the dashboard, you can ask about the reason in your Appeal. However, there are cases where your account isn’t actually banned although there is something on your connection that is. Therefore, please double check with the following questions! With all that said, I wish you the best of luck and will now be locking this thread.
