Could you please try the following? • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

  7. Hi there. I've reviewed your videos and it seems as if what Reconnecting said is correct. I've checked your Delcatty and she seems to have Normalize as her ability. This makes it so her abilities are all normal type despite their typing, this is why your Delcatty's moves are not super effective on steel types because Normal is less effective to steel. Hope this clarifies things for you.

Let me know if you're still stuck. ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again

  16. Hi there. Upon checking, it seems as if you only have 93 caught data of Kanto pokemon. Please take note that seen data is different from caught data. A pokeball will be next to the pokemon's icon in your pokedex if you have its caught data. To get caught data, you need to be in possession of the pokemon. You can check how many Kanto Pokemon's caught data you have with Professor Oak in Pallet town. Let me know if you need further help!
