  2. Hi there. The servers, along with the database are currently down due to technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the sub-forum's Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread. You can buy a fire stone from players or from every Department Store. Kanto's Department Store is in Celadon and it will cost 2.1k. There are also wild pokemon as shown below, that have a 5% chance to hold a fire stone. You can take the item from them by using Covet/Thief. Although please ensure that your pokemon's item slot is free. You may also use a pokemon with frisk to aid you.   16. Hi there. Unfortunately, PRO does not have an iOS client and it's unlikely that we will be providing iOS support anytime soon. There just simply isn't enough resources for PRO to work with on iOS. As stated in a Suggestions thread, Once again, I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

  19. Hi there. Your account has been reset and coins have been added to your account on Silver. Can you check that for me?
  20. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!
