  2. Hi there! First of all, welcome to PRO! As for the Mankey, yes it's normal that they spawn there at that level. You can actually get detailed information on pokemon that spawn in a route or area by doing ^s <Route/Pokemon/Area> in #bot-commands in our Official PRO Discord. The command also works when looking for where pokemon can be obtained. But going back, glad you got a head start, hope you enjoy the game! See you around!
  3. Hi there. Unfortunately, as I stated on your previous thread in General Support, we cannot unmerge your account or offer you anything. You were asked to confirm the server you were to choose as your main server. You were even offered an unmerge, but you ended up trading on your Silver account despite my warning. July Ladder Season Results The season has ended, congratulations to all the winners. PvP Update 1 The first out of the several updates to PvP this update! This includes updates to Mold Breaker. PvP Update 2 The second out of the several updates to PvP this update! This includes the addition of Team Preview. PvP Update 3 The third out of the several updates to PvP this update! This includes Wonder Guard being coded. PvP Update 4 The fourth out of the several updates to PvP this update! This includes several bug fixes. PvP Bug Fixes and Sleep Clause Sleep Clause was added and some minor PvP bug fixes were made. PvP Coin Master Additions PvP Coin Shop now sells White Herbs, Power Herbs and Mysterious Tickets. Overall Spawn Changelogs Be updated on the recent Spawn Changes. Spawns Feedback Don't forget to leave your opinions on the current spawns. Your voice matters. Newly Coded Evolutions Some evolutions are now coded! Golds Gym Vitamin Shop Golds Gym has been reinstated with a wider item pool. Item Buyers Item buyers have been added in all Department Stores. Berry Additions New berries have been added and are now working! Celadon Daily Quest Challenge There are 12 new pokemon for you to hunt! Hoenn Excavation Site The excavation site on route 124 is now open for players with more than 6000 discoveries. Newly Coded Moves Some uncoded moves are now coded! You can find the current list of uncoded moves here. Pre-Evo Tutor Additions Moves for some pokemon were added to the Pre-Evo Tutors. You can find more about Tutors and TMs here. Lending Options Give your opinions on a new lending system!

  8. Hi there. I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. Upon checking, it seems as if you do not have a win registered in our database as well. Do you happen to have proof of your win so we may look into this issue further? If not, then unfortunately we may not be able to help you resolve this as we are unable to gain proof of your win. Nevertheless, you can always rechallenge the boss in 12 days.

  16. Hi there. Megas are currently not available to players. They are only available on NPCs. The stones aren't available either. They're being considered to be released to players.   19. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.

  21. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.
  22. Hi there. Please take note that in order to use Cut, you'll need to teach your pokemon Cut using the HM first. You'll also need to have completed the S.S. Anne quest. Afterwards, approach a tree sapling and press your spacebar. [spoiler=Tree Sapling] Afterwards, it should display this note in your chat box and the tree should be gone. [spoiler=Chat Notification] Let me know if you still encounter issues while using Cut.
