  10. Hi there. Sorry for the delay in response. I've looked into the issue for you and it seems as if that tunnel doesn't lead anywhere anyway. That tunnel is simply for aesthetics and there isn't really much of a point to it. Therefore, the mappers didn't make it possible for you to go up the waterfall as there is nothing in that area which is of interest anyway. Hope this has clarified things for you. Let me know if you have any further issues.
  11. Hi there. We unfortunately do not offer this service as the Red and Blue merge was simply conditional and situational as we intended to switch from 3 servers to 2. However, we currently do not have any plans of having only one server, which is why you can't merge your Silver and Gold accounts together.

  14. Hello there! Unfortunately you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you'd like to transfer servers, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic and its requirements can be found here for future reference.   15. Hi there. First of all, welcome to PRO! Now, I would like to inform you that everyone starts with level 5 starters. If notice trainers whom have high level pokemon, I recommend you train your pokemon up more by running around in grass patches and killing the pokemon there. Usually this is done in Routes 1 and 2. Please take note that Jackson should have have a higher level Eevee when you fight him at the Trainer's school in Viridian. If you lose to him, you'll have to go back to Pallet Town to call his mom and tell her about Jackson in order to carry on with the story.   17. Hi there. Unfortunately it is not possible for you to merge your Silver and Gold accounts together. You may only merge Red and Blue's data. Please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging.

Can you please try the following? • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager
  23. Hi there. Unfortunately, that quest was never meant to give you a choice between the Deep Sea Tooth and the Deep Sea Scale. You are given a random one among the two. Nevertheless, you can obtain a Deep Sea Scale from Love Island's Rock Smash Crystals and from wild Clamperl at the locations below. Please take note that you cannot use a pickaxe to Smash crystals on Love Island and that you need at least 220 happiness on your pokemon with Rock Smash to smash the crystals.
