Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. In daycares, if you go behind the elderly couple, there is a "secret" room at the back of every daycare. There is a Pre-Evo move tutor there which you can use to teach Hydro Pump to your Ludicolo. To unlock the daycare you'll have to do the following: -Gain Dragon Membership from the Dragon Club by paying 200k in Blackthorn City, Johto. -Do all the Quest Masters' quests to get the Dragon Medallion -Go down to Dragon's Den B1F with the Medallion and defeat the Dragonite Blocking the Path -Fight and beat Lance in Dragon's Den B1F -You now have Cerulean Cave Unlocked! -Beat Naero in Cerulean Cave (Requirements: Full party of level 100s, 201h playtime) -You now have Daycares Unlocked!.

80 coins have been added to your Silver account and your account has been reset. You should be able to play normally now. Can you check that for me? -

Hi there. Unfortunately, you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Are you interested in taking this offer? Your Silver account will have 80 coins on it. -

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.

Hi there. Please make sure that you spell Volcarona as VOLCARONA and not VOLCARANO. I checked your PC, it's infact in there with the ID 15129666. It's the 72nd pokemon in your PC so should be in box 4/5. Please check again.

Can you please try the following? • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers (Specifically this one) • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

Please take note that our game is in BETA and therefore there will always be unexpected bugs that may happen. We can't assure anything, but we're always trying our best to ensure stability and consistency. With that said, I really hope you do understand as to why we can't fulfill your request.

Hi there. Checking your logs on the database, I cannot find any trace of a third macho brace. There is also no way to prove that you had 3 Macho Braces and not two. Furthermore, there isn't really a possible way for a pokemon to lose an item through evolution. Therefore, if you have any proof of having 3 Macho Braces, please let me know. Otherwise, we can't recover the item in question. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand.
