  9. Hi there. I've already warned you regarding this issue. Therefore, I can't really offer you much of a fix anymore. You would've been unmerged when I sent my last message, but since you've traded, we are unable to do so any longer. Unfortunately, we can only do so much to address your mistake, and as you've disregarded my warning regarding the fix, there's not much we can do regarding this. I'm really sorry, but I hope you understand. With that said, I'll now be locking this thread as nothing further can be done of it. Good luck and have a nice day.
  10. Hi there. The Jirachi Quest is actually rather long. You'll have to do other tasks before you can head into the wish room on the Moon. You'll have to: -Get Jirachi, Castform, 3 Regis, Rayquaza, Kyogre, and Groudon dex data -Unlock the moon -Battle Latias then Latios after watching the news After doing all those, along with having all the Jirachi requirements, you can then head to the Moon and interact with the shiny stone to battle Jirachi. If you need further help with the quest, feel free to check out the Legendary Megathread for more information. Let me know if you've done all this and still can't battle Jirachi.

  12. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.   14. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  16. Hi there. Please do note that Silver is on a different server than Gold, which is why it's possible you can only log onto one of them. However, if you are using a proxy, please try turning it off and running the game. Logging in issues are usually attributed to connectivity and internet issues therefore it's also best to check with your internet provider if they are having any technical issues.

Could you try the following, nevertheless if you're okay with playing on another computer, please let me know so I can lock this thread as solved. • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

  20. Hi there. Could you check with the following questions? ▪︎ Are you using Proxy? Try not using it, and then test again ▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school? Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.
