Hi there. It seems as if it's an issue with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). As the error is from your end, we can't really do much about it, so I suggest contacting your provider to inquire about their service status. Nonetheless, this has happened in the past and usually they're resolved within a day or two.

As I stated, there is no ETA as our developers are rather busy. I can't promise anything, so the best you can do is hope to get unmerged. There was a confirmation message given before confirming your main server as well.

Hi there. Thanks for this. Just got some clarification from a Scripter saying it's intentionally planned for not all bosses to have syncable 3rd time win rewards. There currently isn't a list of bosses with this feature, so I'm sorry to disappoint you. If you need further help with bosses, feel free to check out the Boss Guide. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.

Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be talked about in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not preformed without proper evidence. If it doesn’t say that you are banned on the dashboard, your account isn’t actually banned although there is something on your connection that is. Therefore, please double check with the following questions! With all that said, I wish you the best of luck and will now be locking this thread.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

You'll have to pay that 5k again, the guard downstairs will give you the option for Trainer's Valley.

Hi there. Please make sure you beat Red at the Top of Mount Silver. Also, I've checked your other variables so please make sure you go to Saffron/Goldenrod's Subway Station, select the option to travel to an area then select the Trainer's Valley option once you're actually infront of the train. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. It seems as if upon checking, I see that you have most probably gotten the Sigilyph from the boss Pewdie/Diepy instead. As for Letrix, there is currently no ETA, but there should be an announcement in our In-Game Update log and our Discord when he and Ash are fixed. -

FORUM ANSWERS Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. Hi there. Please do note that you receive PvE coins from the Bug Catching Contest and not PvP Coins. You can trade those PvE coins in at the Battle Tower. Let me know if you need anything else.
