resolved Unable to log in to Silver after period of inactivity

Hi there, I have been inactive for some time (maybe around 14 months). It seems my credentials won't allow me to now log in for Silver, though strangely they allow me to log in to Gold (which I had never used) as well as my Dashboard, Forum account etc. I was a previous donor so have some items and Pokes etc I'd like to be able to recover and/or access for Silver.
