My game froze and timed out on mobile in the middle of trying to catch darkrai and sent me to pc and he wasnt there when i got back how can i do mission over or try to get darkrai again ive been doing that quest for the last 4 days just to get him

I lost my lvl 73 parasect to some glitch in releasing pokemon on mobile i dont have the screenshot of the released mon can yall help me

I tried to release a diglett and it released my lvl 73 parasect false swiper instead Can yall please help me get it back this is the second time thats happened

I messed up and released my false swipe parasect is there anyway yall can help me get it back

My mobile version won't let me log on 90% Of the time I thought it was my phone so I got a new one and it still has same issue. I'm not sure what the issue is but its let me log in once in the last couple weeks and I'm getting really frustrated i haven't seen anybody else having same issue so I thought I'd ask can anyone tell me what's going on
