    What are the most common pokemon to fight in Kanto that increase Sp Atk? I'm not having trouble finding pokemon to fight to increase atk, def, spd, and hp, but sp. atk and sp def are proving difficult to find. Only ones I know of currently are Oddish (for sp atk) and Butterfree (sp atk and sp def). Any help would be much appreciated thanks!
