From my limited knowledge of the coding language they are using, you are getting that message because the server is full and there are enough people waiting that it times out trying to add you to the waiting list. I have this happen to me all the time. Once the second server is up and working this should stop. We are telling a server with 1800 slots to process 2400 people. it gets mad at you. also, integrating a new server is not just as simple as plugging it in and turning it on. hardly. The fact that they were going to have it up in a week was surprising on its own.
