What have you done before the problem was there?

When i log on it keeps on freezing and says "Can't Connect to Server" and if it doesnt say that it says logging in and doesnt put me into a queue.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Ive restarted my game over 10 times and still nothing

I've had this game downloaded for like 3 days now and I'm still having this problem. Is it even worth keeping? Will they ever fix it?

Same with me, crashed a few times last night too (Saturday Night)

From my limited knowledge of the coding language they are using, you are getting that message because the server is full and there are enough people waiting that it times out trying to add you to the waiting list. I have this happen to me all the time. Once the second server is up and working this should stop. We are telling a server with 1800 slots to process 2400 people. it gets mad at you.

 

also, integrating a new server is not just as simple as plugging it in and turning it on. hardly. The fact that they were going to have it up in a week was surprising on its own.

Was experiencing the same thing, just wait for a bit and the login queue wil pop up. (not sure how long you should wait, I just tabbed out of the game and when I went back to it later I saw the login queue)

Try again and again, until you get that the map downloading message and it downloads properly during loading screen. If the says failed restart the client.

It seems the servers are getting bombarded with requests and many of you receive timeout.

If you see logging in message then just wait, you will get in, you're in the que.

Ik, I really like the look of this game, but I keep trying to connect forever and constantly get 'can't connect'. Rarely I will get into a queue. Hopefully it's fixed at sometime, most likely when the 2nd server comes out. :D:
