Yeah, and then you'll also need to compare a market price. Say a sneasel thats worth 100k - is being sold by a player for 70k. Anyone selling a sneasel worse than it for 70k will be judged harshly and the entire market will have to adjust downward to make room for that ONE players choice of price. Now Say that player is KNOWN for insanely cheap prices and spends all their time collecting rare/good pokemon and selling them for less than the market. Nobody but him will be truly making a profit because everyone will buy from him over anyone else. That's why things like this don't go very far in a community based economy. You can fork up a calculator, but all your doing is separating smart businessmen from dumb ones. A smart person would calculate the entitled cost, look at what others sell for, then aim for the best price for a decent profit. Aka Perfect IV Sneasel, we'll say is worth xxx amount. This amount is what everyone on the market aims to sell it for. Say Person A only has one perfect IV sneasel - That's worth xxx amount. but then person B has 3 almost perfect sneasels - say defense or sp.atk or sp.def are the downfall stats - And sells them for just 10k under what the perfect costs. What you'll get is everyone buying person B's sneasels because its less in price than the perfect. The person with the perfect will inherently make much LESS of a profit than the person with the almost-perfects. That's the false driving stake of a player-produced economy. You have to constantly adjust prices into considering what players are selling, not just what something is statistically worth. I remember on this old game I used to play, Aion online. There was this sword with HORRIBLE stats- utterly horrible. But with an insanely rare drop rate because of it's beautiful skin. You could reskin a weapon onto another weapon. As a low level I got this rosen sword (It was a vibrant shining white sword with beautiful blue roses etched into the hilt and along the blade.) I was like "This thing is so shitty." And so I perma storaged it. It was a rare drop so i didn't want to toss it, yet I didn't think it was worth anything - Well later on closer to endgame I was really into brokering/marketing the economy I would spent millions of ingame currency to buy items off the market that were being sold for less than the average price - then resell them for still less yet more than I bought them. I made on average about a 1.6x increase? So it worked. I was looking through weapons one day and I came across that EXACT same sword I had in my storage - for 3,000,000,000 currency. That was A-LOT. I was like WUT THE FUCK. So I retrieved mine from storage and sold it for 2,999,999,999 just to see if anyone would buy it. Sold within the hour. I was speechless. That was ALOT of money - but they were so rare that people were willing to pay for them simply because of rarity, and when I say it was beautiful - it was BEAUTIFUl. I had currently at the time been using a pink rose variant that was alot more common and prettier in my opinoin, but a player ran economy can do some crazy stuff if not controlled or regulated. Aka Me going in and reselling stuff and controlling a good portion of the herbal market - which was my specialty as a potion maker. Enabled it to stay stable. People had a set price everything was worth - if someone tried going outside of that medium i pulled them back into it. They still got profits from me buying it, but in reality I had more of a profit. People would see me walking down the streets of the capital and ask me what herbal items were worth and I had a list of all of them saved to a document based on rarity/community demand - and I made sure the market stayed stable for a while. Left for a month came back to find kids selling 30k worth herbs for freaking 2k and everyone having to sell them for so cheap that nobody would sell them for more than 10k and I was just like "nope not dealing with it." because it was like nobody was making a profit based ont he effort. Moral of the story - the community can screw over a means to handle or hold the economy. Simply by one person walking in and throwing everything out of wack.

Don't know why Might be that I haven't updated my graphics driver to the newest update? yet, pro EVERYTIME you try to open it freezes the whole computer and it'll stay like that for an hour + and not change I end up having to completely restart the computer to only have it happen again. It's a real pain in the booty and at the same time, I'm insanely glad I have Microsoft words document recover or else I would of lost my essay I was working on.

How are sneasels.. rare? I have 17 sitting in my Pc and I have gathered 3 Razor claws. ._. I'd get shiny sneasel's to be rare - but all in all sneasels arn't THAT rare. Most of mine just have bad natures so I don't even bother to try to sell them - but based on this list your saying I could sell them simply because their sneasels? even if their stats arn't good?

We should probably define price of a pokemon based on base stats more than anything else. A SHINY pokemon with 01 across the bored will not be that much more worth than a regular pokemon with 01's across the board. Yet at the same time, a shiny pokemon's rarity should carry it's price a bit. Maybe we should have a base definity price for rarity/common and such - and the shiny factor would xit by say like 2? Aka zubat is worth basically nothing. 10k for a decent IV zubat. Shiny zubat with good IVs would be 20k?

xD I can't wait, it's not like it's the onlything important by far - but it was something really awe inspiring for a person whose played since red/yellow/blue/crystal to start up black 1 for the first time Your 3rd gym : you just saw so many things that left you breathless You were really really left just going "Oh." in shock from it. It was heart wrenching and very very mood-setting of the game. xD I think you guys will do great no matter what though. -

What about the gigantic bridge? I know that's really hard to do and I'm sorry i'm asking it's just something that I'm really curious about since It was really.. redefining at that time.. XD -
How do you all plan on doing the cities in Unova? As a person who absolutely loved the black/white black2/white2 games - I think it'll probably be a huge disappointment as-to when the time comes if the city of Castelia loses it's bridge - it's ports - it's towering skyscrapers of awesomeness. I mean I can understand why you would not add all that if it would be harder for you all to produce. But you also have similarities with kalos buildings that will sneak up on you. Gen 1-4 is easy graphics wise of the games. Gen 5-6 is what i'm worried about. Are you going to try to match castelia on pro to castelia in the games? Or are you going to completely remake unova?

Bring back the lottery *3. You don't have to do it off of trainer IDS - but instead you could make it fun random lotteries that change daily. Nobody knows what the question is, there's a random npc somewhere that (Put in saffron/capital cities) when you talk to will tell you if you've won the lottery or not. This lottery will be blank basically revolving around things like "Does player have fire type pokemon in the party?" - random prize of a pool of say; 20great pokeballs, 5 hyper potions, 2 rare candies. Stuff like that. Other types of lotter could be "Does player have the move heatwave on them?" "Does the player have a specific pokemon with them?" "Does the player have a specific item equiped to a pokemon?" Type of stuff. Would be a really good way. And players could pay say 1k to receive a hint for the lottery.

Then again, you are given the option to create your own channels, nor we will be give information about what position are they being trained for. To add to your suggestion. Granted we are shorthanded with bilingual staff, our developement team is mainly focused on as their name suggests, developing. Chat customizations alongside with our language support will come later. After absorbing what i've said, this doesn't seem to be an issue. Some staff may help players, some not. Since they're not entitled to do so. Back to your topic : We respect our player. However, if you're disrespecting staff to get what you want. Thats not pay out well for you, i can assure you. That were professionalism comes in, among rational discussions, middle ways can be found with positive feedback, some sort of guidance if you will. If we were all knowing we wouldn't have a suggestions topic :) I can definitely say on the subject earlier I got a little frustrated at you. I've really viewed you as unprofessional and sort of 'stark' with mindset and views and I can honestly say I'm not used to a game 'encouraging' the player base to step up and take over the position of mods in helping others. That in itself is a unique trait that should be watched though. If a player gives false information - and is not reprimanded or corrected it could turn hazardous for others. But at the same time - It's something really new for a game that is kind of scary. Might I ask what your plans are for community involvement in the future? Do you have a subreddit set up at all that you could use as a system to make it a bit easier community wise? (Not saying forums arn't good and all, but reddit is widely used and easy to use.) Also, CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT LAND POKEMON I'M MISSING FROM MEMORIAL HILL IS? I MADE THE POST A WHILE BACK BUT I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT. I sat at memorial hill for two days everytime I logged on just walkinga round. Nothing but spearows and fearows and hoppips. There is one i'm missing that is freaking me out (Hehe not where i'm supposed to post this just.. curious because I'm trying to find all the pokemon at set areas while I wait on my little sister to complete the fourth gym to give her a medallion - then i can head to johto.) -

Have you guys gained more members since when I first joined back at the beginning of the month/august? Because I thought you guys had alot less members so that's partly my fault at not paying attention. Also all I really wanted to accomplish from this was to see if you guys had thought about it. your team's got a large amount of people - more than I thought. It's just that from all those moderators you still see people from other jobs having to step in. So I just assumed (Mybad) that you were probably understaffed on that scene. Main people I see is just Nelth, Pretent, Lentz really. But I'm also not on more than 3-6 hours a day due to college classes/other games taking up my time. -

How many people have got level 90 pokemon? How many of you are flat out annoyed with walking to diglet cave from viridian and having EVERY little tiny trainer re challenge you. Over. And over. and over. and over again. It's tedious. When you add mega evolution into the game, it's sort of a thought that revolves around : How much are you going to add into the game? are you going to scrap needing to bond keystone + megastone to evolve a pokemon into mega evolution? Are you going to include the animations for mega evolution? What is your plan? Mega evolution, in the anime and manga is something amazing and powerful that explores the bonds between pokemon and trainer. I have an Altaria whose mega form is beautiful on my omega. So lets explore the thought for a moment about : Keystone accessories. Wrist band. Head band. Necklace. Many other options can be created and made. It would come down to the art team if they would like to make them or implant them. It is nothing big, nothing that would change the game. But it would be a nostalgic little accesory like hats are. Personally I'm about to buy a keystone necklace IRL. I love the thoughts of keystones, the way that it reacts and shows the bond of a pokemon with its trainer. It's something just special about it. I'm curious as to what will be happening in the games, and I'm curious as to what you would like about this feature? Also - Are megastones in the game?

Yes but how do you feel about what I SUGGESTED. Your answer does not even include a response to the topic. It includes a response to the matter beforehand - but you can't deny the suggested idea is not a horrible one. It's actually what most companies use. -
I'd propose you guys look into pulling say people who have 300 hours in game. Have made over 500 posts on forums and such. Pulling those individuals and asking the ones who come across with the drive to help others in the game - And ask them if they want a position where their job is literally to help people in game. They would log in and their jobs would be to go around helping people out with anything they need. You guys are obviously struggling with your small staff. You also really dislike being questioned on your methods, So you could have a team of people whose job is LITERALLY to deal with people. If theres a problem they can't handle - then they go to you. Nelth or the moderators of the forums can be their overseers. Probably would only need enough to make it a 1-100-200 people ratio, and you would want to get some that speak dedicated spanish/alternate languages. This is a tedious thing to do, but when your game gets even BIGGER than 1400 - You will eventually need a support center that is up 24/7 for everything from technical difficulties and more. You already cap out 1400 - you probably have about 5k people playing the game at multiple times. If your game gets much larger you will fall apart and stress out your workers with the amount of staff you have. Relying on the community itself to help won't always work, and dedicated staff that just participate with people are really really wanted. Even loved. People will compare you to bigger games, and they will compare your professionalism to that of other games. A small team of people can't be expected to deal with everything. But they can bring in heightened individuals to deal with the things they can't or that are beneath them to deal with. You would have to risk these people going power hungry and abusing their power - but that's why you have overseers who are fair, understanding individuals that don't prejudice against any one set of people or actions. If people are frustrated - they act frustrated. If people are mad - they act mad. If people are annoyed - they act annoyed. Simply blaming them for their reactions to a mood won't win respect in that sense. Asking them to respect you won't work if you don't respect them, and i'm not just saying 'treat them like a player and work to make their game experience more enjoyable.' This means you make sure whoever you bring in knows to treat them like people and basically give them basic rules stating they can't verbally abuse, reprimand, or call out people for their actions. Unless it is under your rules and guidelines exactly NOT to do something. And I mean, please don't be those people that put "We don't have to say what we don't want to say to you people because we are in charge and you are just a mere player." Games like that die out fast, reallly fast. Aka the old Fiesta online ignored it's player base completely, lost most of its players - and had to sell out just to stay afloat. I'm not very professional, and I'm making this post out of just wanting to suggest it. I'd like it if you talked about it and conversed with the community on how they would view this suggestion. Take a neutral tone and maybe put it up to the people to decide if they want a system like this implemented.

AS many of us know, right now you're able to get up to 6th gen pokemon.. FROM KANTO/JOHTO ALONE. Please when more regions that belong to the respective pokemon come out - you will region lock them? Aka no more duskulls/spiritombs/shuppets in kanto? Instead hoenn locked. Let the pokemon be ingenious to their original regions and if they exist in multiple ones naturally then let them. I for one know there were no vanillite in seafoam islands back in the day. Nor shinx in kanto. I understand doing it for now until the respective regions are released - but there is no point of going to those regions if you can obtain the majority of pokemon from the first two regions.

If anyone has watched "The Strongest Mega Evolution" specials (If not :https://www.animefreak.tv/watch/pokemon-xy-special-strongest-mega-evolution-act-i-episode-1-online ) You will see a variety of trainers with mega evolution 'keystones' Since I know the creators plan on implementing keystones I want to ask if they would consider letting us have our own accessories for keystones. Or at least a shop in which we can buy different keystone holders as a sort of outfit add on. Aka - Head band keystone For males this would be something similar to brenden's headband that had a keystone in it's center , for girls this would be a hairband witha keystone in it's center. Keystone Wrists: the classic keystone wear. Keystone belt - A belt where your keystone would stylishly lay on the side of it, allowing a touch away from activation. Keystone ring - a ring that would show on the sprite of your character when you walk around as a little dot atleast? or something more noticable. (Artists would be needed and i'm sorry but I am not an artist or else i would sit here and draw the sprites myself.) Finally but not my last. Keystone necklaces, chokers, or earrings. Can you make npc trainers not battle you - Or give you the option of declining to battle If their strongest pokemon - is 20 levels below your weakest pokemon? Please? XD Sincerely ~ Me and my friends who traveled to mt moon together and all had to trip over EVERY trainer on the way.

Like not anywhere in the near future - probably not even anywhere close but maybe in the distant future? You could edit it to be a region teaming with intensely strong pokemon trainers, whose teams are basically all like fighting elite four trainers. Or it could be full of insanely powerful wild pokemon. The end goal of defeating say massive temples of worshippers could be the chance to battle and even obtain arceus if your lucky enough not to get wiped by him while trying to catch him.

Just hard to chill out, I was not ready to fight him. It's like just.. not even okay. I mean "your supposed to lose." just makes me more angry. Not in a - i'm ready to quit this game - kind of way, but in a "I just want to beat everything so i can work on my dream team to wreck his butt.
