My game crashed while I was doing the bug catching contest and it had a few minutes left but I had a 260ish Pokémon and now I can’t go back in for a day and lost the money I used for the nurse joy and I don’t get a reward for the catch is there anything that can be done?

So I bought a murkrow for 30k in Johto in goldenrod and there was no mark on it saying I can’t use it so I put it in my team won a wild Pokémon fight then crashed and now it’s stuck in the pc saying it from Kanto and I can’t use it for Johto anymore

I was in goldenrod but I had the murkrow in my party for a battle but I crashed and then I couldn’t take it out of the pc and it didn’t show it was region locked when I traded for it

So I bought a murkrow from someone in Johto in goldenrod for 30k there was no lock on it and I had it in my team for a fight but a few minutes later I crashed and now it is stuck in the pc and I can’t get it out pls help

I was fighting Gary the elite four and I was half way through and the game crashed like it has been doing for days and I lost 14 revives and 20 super potions and am supposed to just go back to grinding for all that money
