Sereii npc boss also have the same issue.

Beldum catch rate is sucks as hell, putting sleep and left 1hp only also can't be caught~confirmed tobe a pokemon that impossible to be caught. Meeting a wild beldum is already hard as hell, then low catch rate makes it even impossible to catch it. Worst pokemon catching rate ever.

if you lazy to go safari for evee since its very rare, u can fight sage boss at bellsprout tower(forgot the name) and get 1 free evee might hold(thunder,fire,water,leaf stone) for free. ivs and nature random as well
