  6. Hey there! I am sorry for the inconvenience. This bug existed due to how the ability did not reset after you caught a Mimikyu. However, this bug should have already been fixed by our Developers.   7. Hey there! I am sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that. In order for the new stats to save, you have to confirm the new IVs after using a Reroll Ticket. The NPC asks you whether you want to save the current IVs or keep the old one. It appears to me that you did not confirm your new IVs. I am sorry for the bad news.   8. Hey there! I am really sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. Could you please take a screenshot of your Darkrai with the Ball it is in? After you did that, I can restore the Ball it was in and offer you a quest reset, meaning you have another chance of getting all the rewards.   10. Hey there! As Norex already mentioned, you can do up to 20 bosses per week. This cooldown resets every Monday, GMT+0 at midnight, meaning you have 7 days to do 20 bosses. However, most boss cooldowns are 12 days, meaning you will not be able to do the same bosses every week. You can increase your 20 bosses per weak limit by talking to H.   16. Hey there! As Norex already mentioned, it is not possible to delete an account. Unfortunately, we also can not replace your Venusaur with a random Charmander. However, you are free to create up to four accounts according to our Game Rules. This means, you can create a new account and start with Charmander on it.   19. Hey there! I am sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Indeed, the amounts of pictures heavily affect the editing process of your forum post. It will load slower and you might experience a little bit of lag. It should not be caused because the forum saves the edits or similar stuff. Making a new shop thread will not decrease the load time after you uploaded the thread once, so that is not really a solution. Here are a few solutions I can think of: Don't upload the pictures to the forums directly, but use alternate platforms like imgur. Advantage: This will reduce the lag and load time Disadvantage: This might reduce the attention you could get on your shop as visitors have to check the links to the alternate platforms Remove pictures of Pokemon that you couldn't sell for a while now. Advantage: This will reduce the lag and load time Disadvantage: This might decrease the amount of sales you could get if a new player sees your post for the first time.   20. Hey there! In order to proceed you will have to use a Pokemon with the move Miracle Eye. In order to get Darkrai to reappear, you will have to beat Horon north of Necropolis without having a Pokemon faint. Please let me know if this fixed your issue. Looking forward to your reply.   24. What caused the bug is a rare issue that has to do with the new Halloween quest and a server crash.
