  2. Item lost because of crash

    Ok so i was talking with my friend and he asked me for a Black medalion, which i sent him through the mail system then after 5 min that he used the medalion the server crashed and when he got back online the he didnt have the effect as he is aware that the crashes cause a roll back of around 5 minutes he checked his mail and his inventory for the medalion but he didnt have it so he asked me to check if i still had it but i didnt have it, i decided to check my coins to see if by any chance i still got them which was not the case so i wanted to know what happens in this situation? (sorry for my bad english)
