You're welcome :Grin: I guess, it is because many of players reported that they stuck in 6th island by the bug (guards still block the way after finish the meowth quest) so just removed the guards and now it is an optional quest.

Yeah, as the previous replies, simply use water absorb poke for rain team is the best strategy. but it's a nice guide tho.

The fact that the sailor is talking about a "special ticket" reminds me of the event items in the official games like the eon ticket. It's probably a WIP atm. I can only sure that sevii island, as a Membership only place, the place which required special ticket are not related to main quest (e.g. Mew, Legendary Dogs, Celebi etc.) but maybe some of the GEN 3/4/5 poke can be found there. :Grin: Enjoy! :Grin:
