I guess most of you (including me) don't even notice that there is a side-quest which surf to right from Fuchsia City. Quest looks simple, require 3 pokemons and done. I think you are asking the caught data is counting "Generation I pokemon" only OR "All pokemon caught in Kanto" by Prof. Oak said, it should be "All pokemon caught in Kanto".

Hello guys, most of you are curious about Dragon Den B1F and see the dragonite block the way. you can keep your humor part (and i think you put this part as the most important) but here is "guide" not "general talk" or sth, better make it blanket like this: sell [pokename] epic! - selling a pokemon with high IV and good nature pokemon ( sometimes it's not epic. just to draw your attention)
