    So.. If i evolve my Cottonee above lvl 50+ would whim still be able to learn moonblast? I'm asking cus Cottenee, can't learn it and whim learns it at lvl 50, so will Relearner guy let me get moonblast if i evolve it at lets say 99? :) Best regards
