I wanna unlock the teleport in hoeen so i google the videos and do same like it. After i talked to officer in pc,he did told me i should go to tell Wattson. But when i walk in gym then go to power plant or just go to the power plant i didn't see him and another npc there. Excuse me then what should i do?? Ty for helping. Have a good day:)
