  1. Hello again, @Brendanemerald. Sorry again for the inconvenience you're dealing with. I need you to follow the following steps one by one, and tell me if it worked this time: Reset the app permissions. To do that, go to Settings --> Installed Apps --> Click on PRO -->Reset the permissions. Uninstall the game once again. Clear your trash bin and every other PRO - related file. I suggest you install CCleaner, from here (download the free edition, no need to pay for anything) Restart your device. Reinstall the latest client here Make sure your device can run the application, as I said in the previous post. Looking forward to see your response.
  2. Hello @LEICO24! There are some steps you need to follow, listed below: Talk to the Scientist, who will tell you that he needs the seen data of the three legendary dogs. Find the dogs first in the Bell Tower Basement. To get there, follow the staircase behind the Scientist, and proceed further. After that, you need to find each dog in its respective location: Entei - Johto Safari Mountain Zone Suicune - Tohjo Falls, on the top of the right waterfall. Raikou - Mt. Silver 3F NOTE: A Pokémon with Rock Smash or a Pickaxe is required in order to get Entei's Seen data A Pokémon with Waterfall is required in order to get Suicune's seen data After defeating all of them, return to the scientist in Ecruteak City, and pick one of the Bells. If this does not help, delete all PRO-related files, and re-download the latest client HERE Let me know if these steps helped in this case. In order to understand how Repel Trick works, I would suggest you reading this guide here Scyther has two spawns with repel trick, shown in the picture below: For future reference, you can use the command ^repel nameofthepokemon in Discord, to find out the spawns affected by Repel Trick. You can do so in our Official PRO Discord Server, in HERE Do that action in the channel called #bot-commands. I will now lock this thread, as the question was answered.   6. Hello there! Sheer Force does not always ignore the life orb damage. Let me explain further in the following lines: Sheer Force increases the power of moves that have beneficial secondary effects by 30%, but removes those additional effects. Beneficial effects are defined as those that are positive for the user, such as: Causing a status condition on the opponent (e.g. Thunderbolt) Reducing the opponent's stats (e.g. Increasing the user's stats (e.g. AncientPower) Non-beneficial effects, that Sheer Force will not activate for, include: Recoil damage (e.g. Double-Edge) Lowering the user's stats (e.g. Superpower) Therefore, the moves that are affected by this boost, are the following: As you can see in the pictures I provided you with above, the moves Superpower and U-turn are NOT getting any boosts from Sheer force, therefore the recoil from Life orb comes.   7. Hello! Do not worry! Your account is not lost. In fact, Red & Blue Servers merged into Silver Server. If you can't log into Silver Server, you probably need to merge your Red & Blue accounts. You can merge them in the dashboard, but make sure to select the right server as your main server. Do that HERE NOTE: If you still cannot login into Silver Server after merging, you will need to change your password to something ALPHANUMERICAL (containing both letters and numbers) here For more info about the merge and about the errors that might occur with it, take a look in here If you have any more questions, let me know by replying to this post.   8. Hello @Brendanemerald. I just downloaded the APK from Mediafire (Android#1, to be exact), and it worked fine on my smartphone (Xiaomi Redmi note 5). You need to meet some requirements, in order to download and open the game: Your phone should cover these specs. If it does, you most likely need to follow the steps below: Delete all PRO files from your device. Delete your device's cache. Download the latest client HERE Clean your app history. Try using Incognito mode, or another browser. If none of the steps above helped you, send me any screenshots with the said problem, for more information. Let me know if these steps helped you resolve your problem. I will keep this thread open, to keep me informed about the progress.
  9. Hello again. I am asking again, just to be sure: Did you try using another browser, such as Firefox, Microsoft Edge? Incognito mode can also help, to receive the Email. Also, try pressing on the button that resends the notification email. Since the message appeared, it means it was sent. You might need to wait for longer than some hours, maybe a whole day. You can also give it a try and try logging into the game, in case something didn't go as expected, but somehow worked. Once again, sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know if the steps above worked.   11. Hello there! Sorry for the inconvenience. If you're not receiving the registration email, follow these steps on this webpage to get the activation email resent to you, here Gmail is the most likely to receive it, so trying again with it, should remedy that. If you are using Gmail, check your junk mail and make sure you typed your email correctly. This could take up to 30 minutes. Using Incognito Mode or different browser, like Firefox, could also work. Let me know if this helped. I will keep the thread open, to let me know about the progress.
  12. Hello there! The problem you are experiencing is nothing serious, and can be solved easily. To check the spawns for every route, type the EXACT name of the Map, in the search bar at the top right of your screen. Example: Route 230 I will keep the thread open, in case you have any more questions.
  13. Hello there! Yes, if you picked Pikachu as your Starter Pokemon, the quest will not appear for you. Another worth-mentioning detail is that the Psyduck Hat quest is currently removed due to a bug, as it is being worked on. There is no Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) about it. Here is a link to the Update Logs, to check in the future when the quest is available again. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, hope that answered to your question, I will now lock this thread.
