i live in california so my time zone is different i think from the PRO server so i was wondering what time the next world quest would start for me in my time, im a bit confused on the time zone conversion, if anyone could do it for me it would be greatly appreciated

regarding boss fights what are the differneces in medium vs hard besides the obvious stronget opponent, like are the rewards just increased such as money, and does it affect the 3rd consecutive win pokemon in any way like maybe worse stats?

is there a vday form of the female jellicent/frillish or is it just for the male form

Hello, I recently heard news of future or current headbutt spots being reworked as in new pokemon spawn will we recieve some sort of list or any info of what pokemon will be in the new spots or will we have to figure it out by ourselves?

I recently used about 20-25 pp up's on my team consisting of level 100 pokemon, after about a day the moves reset to their normal amount of PP please help

for example today i was buying rare candies and i had 3 people private message me that were looking to sell so i told them what city i was in a i bought it off of one guy who was already there but the others got really mad and said it was reportable but i dont understand how to avoid running into this problem again please advice??? am i supposed to only accept one private message ??
