Hi , at first i used Mozilla Firefox using the link on the picture i send you, then i tried on Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. I already let the time pass by almost 1 hour but i don´t receive any email to reset the password, i´m sure that i am sending the correct email direction because i have checked my email and looking for an old email activation of my account, and i found it on the email so it must be the correct email.

Hi, i want to change the password of my account(i created an account and played a lot of hours in 2016). I already tried to reset password and checked my e-mail but i don´t see any email to be able to reset my password. I don´t want to play the game from the start again.
