    I just closed the game and log in again and I can create the character again, is this a bug? But anyway, thank you so much for your time and support. I am fine now.

    I am new to this game and I just created a character at Gold server, however, when I try to login to Silver, I am not able to create another character but instead, I get a bold headed guy with nothing on, I have never touch silver server at all and this just happened? Anyway to reset the character?
