I need de-level Im Heruuka from gold server. The evolution optiom didnt apear and i didnt noticed unti lvl 95 xD waleed told me to let him die and try again but it didnt worked and its now lvl 99 T_T

I couldnt evolve my chimchar and now its lvl 99... the option didnt apear, i asked waleed what to do and he told me to restart client and try again or post here. I did try, thats why now chimchar is lvl 99 u.u' could you fix it?
