Yes it is resolved, I believe it's with re-opening the actual game instead of relogging. Sorry for not updating you and I don't feel like opening the game to take a screenshot just take my word for it.

So the game crashed during a bcc and I was switching my pokemon so now my second slot is broken. I've tried putting all my pokemon into my poke storage then refilling my team, but it doesnt work. I've tried relog as well with only one poke in team, still nothing, so can someone help me? This is how it looks like.
