Well firstly there was a new client that released yesterday. Also sometimes windows 10 has issues and those are detailed in https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=89&t=14738 . Sometimes I have issues with it not coming up with the que, I normally just have to wait and be patient, click join a few times, and close the client if it isn't working. I hope you can have this problem resolved.

You cannot reset accounts but you can make a new one on the same email. Or on the new server once it comes out you can start from scratch. Also you can use controllers, but some do not work completely so be weary.

I believe this is being worked on, when it will be put into place is up to development staff, it is a good idea, but it takes resources to implement and keep running. If trade chat is too hectic there are sale boards that come up here that are a little more lax if that's more you're style.
