Help i can't beat Giovanni's Nidoking in hideout for the past 3 days. Its a breeze beating the rest of his team but Nidoking absolutely thrashes me. Any suggestions on how to easily beat him or what Pokemon to catch to beat Nidoking?thanks

MY TEAM: Charizard/Poliwrath/Granbull/Gloom/Arbok/Graveler.

Nidoking is weak to Psychic, Ice, Ground, and Water, so maybe use your Poliwrath or Graveler on his Nidoking? Also it could be that you need to grind some more.

Also Giovanni is normally a point where you might need to grind some levels out as he is usually the toughest yet.

Does his Nidoking use horndrill?

yea that and thrash handles both my Poliwrath or Graveler

so..there' aren't anyway to solve this ? @_@ Cause now i'm stuck and cannot move to the stage when i suppose to take my 4th badge

On topic: Perhaps switch out Arbok for a fast (meaning bonus speed nature or high speed IV) Kadabra/Alakazam for Psychic. If you are unable to faint Nidoking with one attack and he KO's you, switch to another pokemon then use a revive and hit him again. At the right level, Kadabra/Alakazam should hit first, so if you are slower then train some more.
