any update im still unable to play and its been over 2 weeks now?

hello ive recently returned after a long time fromy playing upon logging in i migrated my old account to the silver server upon loading in im in pewter city with no pokemon or pokedex and i unable to leave due to encounters sending me back to the pokemon center i have donator items which i dont want to loose either IGN:Jeremeythefox SERVER: Silver
