hello ive recently returned after a long time fromy playing upon logging in i migrated my old account to the silver server upon loading in im in pewter city with no pokemon or pokedex and i unable to leave due to encounters sending me back to the pokemon center i have donator items which i dont want to loose either

I apologize for the delay. This issue has taken some time dig through.

 

Unfortunately this issue was caused via the Red Server Wipe and the only way to resolve this is one of two options:

1. You will need to create a new account to play on.
2. If requested, we can do an account reset on this account.

I imagine this was not the answer you were hoping for but sadly these are the only to paths forward.

I'm happy to take an account reset aslong as I can keep the items I have paid for via donations
