Before downloading the new client remember to delete all the previous ones in your device. Also make sure to restart the device in order to effectively implement those actions. the server is down if it says that so not a problem on your end just be patient

Hi there. This problem seems annoying and we will try to handle it. Try updating your graphics card driver and DirectX. Also fix the registry errors. It can be related internet problems that may occur from time to time when a file is downloaded. This is especially common with files that can be opened with WinRAR. If this doesn't help, download the game again. I believe that this problem won't happen again after this process. Please write your progressions here after the steps what is suggested. My Graphic card is new and is able to run other bigger games just fine and my directX is the latest update. i re downloaded it again and that didn't help. I think it's just my internet messing up since when i play the other people in the house are using the internet at the same time. (it works late at night when the rest of the residents are asleep)
