Hi, the NPC in your screenshot is a Move Tutor for Volt Switch. Have you tried teaching Volt Switch via TM? As per the TMs/Move Tutors guide, you can pick up the Volt Switch TM at the Mauville Game Corner. Let me know if that works for your Forretress. Yes it works. I wasn't aware that fortress couldn't learn volt switch from a tutor. I didn't know it is supposed to learn it from a TM only. It worked, thanks.

Should I keep this or hunt for another one? This one has good main/important IVs but its secondary IVs are trash. Should I hunt for a better one, or is it really irrelevant/not worth the time?

What if someone says "What does wtb mean?" They can figure it out, or just whitelist it in help chat.

"WTS" and "WTB" should be blacklisted in all chats except trade chat. If you type something like "WTS Epic Gyrados" in All chat, it should delete your message.
