  1. Not being able to surf in sinnoh victory road B1F Deep Bug

    I recently surfed in the sinnoh victory road B1F Deep and landed and got out on a sliver of land, now I cant surf back in the water and I cant encounter any Pokemon so I can leave. If someone could help me that would be much appreciated.
