I have advanced past that area tyvm problem resolved tytyty

i recently got to sinnoh. i am at the spot just before the 5th gym badge. im suppose to fight team galactic but they arent there and this grandma/grandpa wont show up to take cynthia's charm plz help soon i cant find any solution im at the exact spot im suppose to be at but after beating the grunt he just disappeared and i cant find the grandma and when i go into the cave and search the wall cyrus wont appear. i just cant proceed in the story either im completely stuck here so there are no admins who can look into this issue. i been at this for hours. this is a big disappointment considering i was enjoying the game. a bug in the game completely stops all my progress. i cant even leave it and go farm considering im stuck midway through sinnoh. at this point feels like my message hit deaf ears and i just wasted over 30+ hours. bump bump can the admins just reset sinnoh region if u cant fix it. also just maybe even reset the grunt battle so i can maybe spawn cyrus or the grandma bump
