Hi everyone, I cannot access the SS Anne because of the guard who are asking me to talk to sludge. The problem is that i already talked to sludge and I did Bill's quest to get the bills. So I'm stuck and i don't know what to do, did anyone had this bug before ? And can someone help me please ? Thank you in advance for the help.
