Because Pikachu can only learn it by tutor. It is an event move. Nidoqueen learns it through hm regularly.

Are you trying to teach surf with the HM? You need to teach surf to Pikachu using the npc you used to get it in the first place. I didn't chose Pikachu so I don't remember which npc this is but hopefully you remember.

You are the problem with all chat.

Battling is much faster to get happiness in this game. 1 battle = 1 happiness. 1 level = 5 happiness. Takes much less time than running around.

With the battle chat he means a 1 on 1 chat where you can talk with the person you are battling. To say goodluck and stuff while in the PvP ladder.

I know you have this fixed now but for future cases if you get stuck like that press the refresh button that is beside your hotbar menu keys. It will get you unstuck in those situations.

This bug happened when you dragged the item to a Pokemon in the PC right? Items can not be put on PC Pokemon and that glitch you experienced will be the result of it. The same thing would happen if you dragged a Pokemon from the PC to a chat box. Currently only fix is closing your client and opening it back up.

I would pay 200k sometimes just to change an ability. There is no way of defining a price for what you are asking. Also I really don't think this will ever be implemented for obvious reasons. To name a few would change the eco drastically, would not stay true to Pokemon games, and would make this game so much easier and would make the game less enjoyable since you will finish your goals sooner.

It needs max happiness and a fairy move and then when you level it on love island it will evolve.
