I suggest remove that picture quickly. Your IP is present in that picture. Doesn't seem like you are banned though. Try resetting your router and trying to log in. That has fixed the same problem a lot in the past.

I've done this before as well in the past. It sucks but staff can not help you since it was your mistake. I hope you can find another even better than this though! :Smile:

It has a very good move pool. Zen Headbutt and Meteor Mash are two great stab moves with good secondary effects. The other 2 moves you want are for coverage. You can run earthquake for other steel types (mainly magnezones that want to trap you), or you can run thunderpunch to hit water types and flying types really hard. Hammer arm is also a great move that covers your dark weakness as well as hits steel types hard as well if you don't want to run earthquake. Ice punch is not really used in the PRO meta but it can catch dragonites and gliscors if they aren't expecting it as well. Also he gets priority in bullet punch which can be very helpful to pick off weakened pokemon or hit togekiss really hard before it can roost. My suggestion though: Zen Headbutt Meteor Mash Earthquake Thunder Punch/Ice Punch.

Yeah your ev training is fine.I would either go HP or Defense but either is good. I think this should be in the PvP section though. Very nice metagross :Heart:

I have tried to get into a PvP match with a friend before because we wanted to put our points on the line instead of just a friendly battle. It was extremely hard to find him and we ended up having to just do a friendly match instead. Of course maybe we were just unlucky but also I PvP frequently and have only battled someone back to back on rare occasions. It's extremely hard to spot who is actually doing this to abuse it but if you do believe you see people doing it you are free to report it and hopefully staff can investigate it. Hopefully I'm not mistaken but I do hope they can look into PvP history or who people battle.

Well if Yasham says your account isn't banned it is most likely the internet. This game blocks public internet and proxies. If you are not on one of those then to fix this you must restart your router.

You will want magnet pull as well just to add to what Snakek said. Everything else he said is correct.

Keep track of the Pokemon you put to sleep. It's your responsibility to do so.
