I think you mean the Android application? You need to allow foreign sources in your system settings, otherwise you are not allowed to install outside the android market. Did you activated foreign sources? (I dont know, if this is called like that into the menu...) Which Version of Android, which device?

You can use this website for testing, if the server is online: https://shadowfied.com/prostatus/ but at the moment the admins are uploading some patched files, so you will need to wait. This is just beta :)
