I think you mean the Android application?

You need to allow foreign sources in your system settings, otherwise you are not allowed to install outside the android market.

Did you activated foreign sources? (I dont know, if this is called like that into the menu...)

I have the same problem here. I cant install apk in my Samsung tab 4. Ive read all the system requirements but it says app not installed :(
