What have you already tried to solve the problem? I search in the forum and see this. If you are a developer of an website where you use your own status checker to ping ours do not ping it too many times. Pinging it once per minute or two is okay. I am telling you this because I treat those as an attack on our services and therefore the IP from where the ping came will be blocked within our firewall. There have been blocks and blacklists recently. If you find yourself blocked you can send me a message and ask for an unblock, if you revised your checker previously where it wont ping too many times I will assist with the unblock. What can i do? Description and Message I see the server locked, why?, i dont remember ping too many times.
