Hi, my name is max and I am confused because I used play on the red server and now its gone and its been replaced with gold server? and when i log into it, my character is still there, but all my pokemon and money is gone, its like I have started new. Please help In Game Name Max130Solder

So what happens is that i pay 15k to the trip to the moon. Then when i get to the moon i walk around a bit but then it freezes and take me to the home screen. Not only that but when i log back on i am at stoopoils and ive lost 15k. this has happened twice now. Now im down 30 k becuae of this. and for nothing.
