I feel so silly... I have re-read that page multiple times. Even Acaiberry asked me that very question and just completely blanked past it I guess. I've even somehow managed to re-talk to everyone in the city since then and somehow passed that guy up. So yeah... It was due to my ignorance and I was just focusing on the wrong insert :). Greetings, I'm on the silver server. I completed peeko's bird quest in the cave. Afterwards, instead of talking to Mr. Stone I went to the far side of route 104 and took the boat to the new city. Fought through the cave and found steve which doesn't say much. Now that I took the boat back, I try to talk to Mr. Stone and he won't give me the papers for steven to start the next part of the quest chain he just repeats how rich he is. I tried all chat/help/website to make sure that I didn't miss anything first. Thanks for your time and I truly hope I'm not missing something on my behalf.
