I've another account, of which I forgot the password. I tried to get it back (Knowing the nickname), and I was sent the email. After filling the spaces with a new password the site told me that my request time was over. I tried multiple times, but it kept telling me that it's over. How do I fix this?

When I click on the link it opens a mega page which doesn't let me download it it says "The file was removed from the autor" or something like that.Can you check it out or tell me what I'm doing wrong.Thanks very much
