i am having problems to log in to my account when i start the game it says cannot connect to host and a new screen appears. It says to type username and password and then i say login silver and login gold i clicked both and it says can not connect to server pls tell me wat to do

i just downloaded and registered the game but when i run the game it shows cannot connect to host then a new screen appears saying to type my user name and pass word i typed and i say login silver and login gold i clicked on both and said cannot connect to server i am pretty sure i typed the correct password pls solve this
