Hi all, I have no clue where to ask for help so if this question doesn´t belong here, im sorry. Latelly my girlfriend has being having issues to log in the game. As soon as she selects the server the game just tells her the account doesn´t exists. This is extremelly weird since i still have her in my friend list. When she tryes to recover the account asking for a new password the answer she gets its just a "the mail you entered its not registered" as if she had never played before. What do i have to do to recover her account? Starting again its not an option :D
